Intrigued by the secrets of “the way things work“, Asher’s life pursuits have always been intriguing and insightful (including the opportunity to travel across the country with a professional illusionist). After receiving his B.S. from Texas A&M, Asher found an outlet for exploring “the way life works” when he entered full-time ministry. For five years, he developed and utilized his various gifts in music, creative print and web design, project development, and the leadership of multiple volunteer teams.
Asher now uses his past experiences to develop comparably unique and creative solutions in the business world while continuing to make a difference in the lives of others. He has been given the privilege of not only learning, but sharing the key principles taught by the world’s best and most successful motivators … working with Doug Hanson Performance Group, a premier company devoted to helping employees get engaged in life. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Ascending Leaders, an organization committed to training highly skilled and self-initiated leaders. Asher and his wife Jill make their home in Richmond, Texas, and you can often find them at home enjoying their new son, Hudson Carter, escaping to a Houston Rockets/Astros/Texans game, or tuning up their snowboards for their next trip to the Rockies.
